No Ordinary Love

A project inspired by Valentine’s Day and the idea of the extraordinary love people find in life.

Inspired by letters from the early 1600s, I created this piece without knowing that “No Ordinary Love” was an actual song by Sade. When I discovered it, I thought it was such a perfect connection that I decided to develop the idea further, turning it from a simple lettering and custom logo into a full concept art piece, imagined as a vinyl record interpretation of her music.

I wanted to create an intricate, elegant, nature-inspired ornamentation for the cover that complemented the title and felt timeless. The goal was to make something that felt like a piece of art people would genuinely want to own as a physical vinyl, while also exploring the concept through a series of poster variations.
